Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of you service cost. If an appointment is cancelled on the same day, or you don't show for your scheduled appointment, there will be a 100% charge for your service.
No Show Policy
All no show appointments will be charged the full amount for their booked service. Prepayment will be required in order to rebook the appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please be aware that if you arrive late to your appointment, we may have to shorten the length of your service to accommodate our next guest. Regardless of the length of the treatment you receive, you will be responsible for the full price of your scheduled services.
Product Return and Refund Policy
